Returns Policy

At Dwyfor Sustainable Supplies we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve any problems you may have encountered.
We recommend that you keep delivery note/ invoice so that we can deal with your complaint swiftly.

Damaged goods

If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please contact us within 3 days of the original delivery via the details on our contact page.

Unfortunately no returns can be accepted after 3 days.

Unwanted goods

Obviously it’s easiest if neither of us makes a mistake in the first place, so we’ll double check your order before it gets sent, and it would help us if you make sure you have chosen the correct items in the first place.

Still, no one is perfect (although the Dwyfor team come pretty close).  So if we have made a mistake and sent you something incorrectly then simply let us know within 3 days of the original delivery and we’ll sort it out straight away at our expense.
If the mistake is yours we promise not to laugh.  We’ll also do our best to help you out.  If you send the items back undamaged within 3 days of the original delivery we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item, although we may need to charge a restocking fee of 10%.
