Delivery Procedures

Where possible our deliveries are made by our dedicated delivery team.  Otherwise we use FedEx or Royal Mail.
Deliveries are usually made between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We do our utmost to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.

In some cases your delivery may require a signature. Please try to ensure that someone is available to receive the order, in the event that a delivery could not be made, the courier will leave a card with details on how to collect your item from a delivery depot or arrange a redelivery.

In the event of your parcel appearing to be damaged in any way then please sign for you parcel as “Damaged”. This will help should any claims need to be submitted to our delivery operators. Our rates are as follows.
